K-2010 GIVES TSM STRONG PLATFORM FOR FUTURE GROWTH
TSM Controls has had its most successful show ever at K-2010 in Dusseldorf, Germany, early last month where it displayed its range of efficient batch blenders and associated equipment for the plastics industry.
Patrick Rice, the company’s business development manager comments, “We were really pleased with the high level of interested visitors to our stand as well as the chance to show our cohesive international partnerships that enable us to meet demand across the globe”.
The company, which is based in Dundalk, Ireland, had four of its batch blenders; the Opti-Mix 150, Opti-Mix 3000, Opti-Mix 650, Opti-Mix 350 and one continuous system the XG400 on the stand. All of the batch blenders are designed to provide optimal efficiency for different batch sizes to meet the needs of a range of different applications. A key design feature of the machines is TSM’s unique mixing technique that ensures a homogeneous mixture under all standard operating conditions.
A highlight of the display was the Opti-Mix 650 that features an auto-clean capability to enable remote cleaning of elevated machines and shorten production change over times. This is fitted with an automated cleaning system that removes excess material from each compartment of the system while cleaning the internal compartments contact surfaces. This enables recipe changes to be conducted remotely without having to stop the process.
